Sesame Spice Crusted Salmon With Lime Crema

I LOVE salmon and the benefits of eating omega rich foods so I am always trying to find ways to incorporate it without getting bored, this recipe hit the spot.

2 slices of organic salmon
1/4C sesame seeds
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cayenne
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp olive oil
Lime Crema
1/3C greek yogurt
1 lime (zest and juice)
2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
Preheat oven to 400F
In a bowl mix together sesame seeds and spices
Drizzle olive oil over salmon and apply crust; press into salmon to ensure it sticks
Cook salmon for 18-20 minutes
In a bowl mix together lime cream ingredients
Serve with rice and sautéed peppers
Pro tip: You can switch out half of the sesame seeds for hemp hearts to get more protein and omegas in; this is completely optional!
