1/2C diced kale

1/2C sliced fennel

3 clementines (peeled and sectioned)

1/4C pumpkin seeds

1/2C feta

Dressing

3 tbsp red wine vinegar

1 clementine (juice and zest)

3 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp sea salt

3 tsp soy sauce
