Creamy Butternut squash



Ingredients


1 Box Package of pasta

1 zucchini (diced)

1 small white onion (diced)

1 jar ladeeda butternut squash sauce (or one jar puréed butternut squash)

1 can coconut milk

1 clove of garlic (minced)

1 tbsp salt

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp red pepper flakes

2C spinach


Instructions

  1. In a pan combine oil, spices, garlic, onion and zucchini; cook until browned

  2. Add sauce, spinach and let it simmer for 5 minutes

  3. Add slightly undercooked pasta and let simmer for 3-5 minutes!

  4. Enjoy!
